Back in the 1990s everyone had to hand-code their Websites. If you didn’t know HTML you still might be able to eek out a cheap-looking site by using a free template. Now with blogs and social media most people don’t hand-code their sites any more. But once in a while you still find a classy old school site that looks good and has good content.

Fotomer is one such Website. It’s all about the articles, which include stories about a girl saving needy pets and how many calories you’ll find in American lagers. The site is as notable for its use of pictures as for the articles, too.
