Shannon Elizabeth has been entertaining film and television fans since the 1990s.  She may be best known for playing Nadia in “American Pie” and the sequels to that movie but she has appeared in a lot of movies and TV shows since then.  She even has her own production company.  And what I think is most amazing is that she is a famous professional poker player.  How cool is that?  Okay, a lot of celebrities got into pro poker.  But I really enjoyed browsing this Website that is dedicated to her.
